How do I receive my tutorial after purchase?
DX-Design products are delivered digitally. After checkout, you receive instant access via the delivery
method shown on the product page (download or access link). Use the email entered at checkout.
I can’t access my files — what should I do?
Double-check the email used for purchase, then try refreshing, switching browsers, or using a desktop
device. If the issue continues, contact support with your order number for a fast fix.
Is delivery available worldwide?
Yes. DX-Design is digital-first and available globally. There is no physical shipping and no location limits.
Do I need a specific device or software?
A modern browser and stable internet are recommended. For Figma tutorials, a laptop/desktop gives the best
experience. Any special requirements are listed on the product page.
PURCHASES & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
Digital purchases are generally final. Refunds may be considered for verified access issues or accidental
duplicate purchases. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
I purchased twice by mistake — can I get a refund?
Yes. If the same product was purchased more than once under the same email, we can refund the duplicate
transaction after verification. Send both order numbers to support.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods depend on your location and store setup. Available options are shown at checkout.
Can I “return” a digital product?
Digital products can’t be returned like physical items once access is delivered. If something isn’t working,
contact support and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
USAGE & LICENSING
Can I share the tutorial with someone else?
Purchases are intended for individual use unless stated otherwise. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing
content is not permitted. For team access, contact us.
Can I use what I learn in client projects?
Yes — you can apply the skills and workflows to real work. The tutorial materials themselves may not be
copied or redistributed.
Do I get updates if you improve the content?
Some products include updates (as noted on the product page). When included, you’ll access updates through
the same delivery method.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page and include your order number if your request is purchase-related. We respond as quickly
as possible, especially for access issues.
