Digital Products – General Policy
All products available through DX-Design are digital-only products and are delivered electronically via online access, downloads, or streaming platforms. No physical items are shipped as part of any purchase.
Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, unlocked, or viewed in any form, it is considered successfully delivered and consumed. Due to the nature of digital content and the impossibility of returning or revoking access once delivery has occurred, all sales are considered final by default.
For this reason, DX-Design does not offer standard returns or refunds for digital products, except in specific and clearly defined situations outlined below.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved only under the following circumstances:
1. Technical Access Issues
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased digital content, you may be eligible for a refund. This applies only if the issue originates from our platform or delivery system and cannot be resolved by our support team.

- non-functioning or broken download links
- restricted access to purchased tutorials or course materials due to platform errors
- corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable files that cannot be restored

2. Duplicate Purchases
If the same digital product is accidentally purchased more than once under the same customer account or email address, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Duplicate purchases may occur due to technical errors, delayed confirmations, or accidental repeat orders. Once verified, the additional charge will be refunded in full.
3. Incorrect Product Delivery
If the digital product delivered is materially different from what was clearly described on the product page, and the issue cannot be corrected through replacement access or updated files, a refund may be approved.
This applies only when the delivered content significantly deviates from the official product description, not in cases of personal expectations or interpretation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations, including but not limited to:

DX-Design products are educational and skill-based. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and application, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Request Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may be declined without further review.
This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity to identify technical or delivery-related issues while maintaining fair use of digital content.
